Parent Participation Bond
Home games are one of the biggest revenue-generating activities for our organization. Because the FALCONS are a non-profit organization, run solely by volunteers, we depend upon multiple volunteers to organize and successfully manage a game day. The Participation Bond Program is in place as a means of scheduling our volunteer staff and insuring that enough hands are available to complete the number of tasks at hand.
The Parent Participation Bond is $250 per child and is required at the time of registration.
Typically, parents are scheduled to work 6 volunteer hours per player. For those families with multiple children, the requirement is 6 hours for the first player and 4 hours for each additional player. Most game day activities are scheduled for 2-hour increments.
There will be a volunteer sign up time scheduled sometime within the first several weeks of the season.

There is a separate Uniform Bond, which is also returned at the end of the season and is contingent upon the return of your child’s equipment and/or uniform (in good condition, beyond reasonable wear-and-tear).
Please adhere to the following rules when volunteering during game day activities:
- Be on the Hunterdon Central High School Field at least 15 minutes prior to your assigned activity.
- There will be an attendance schedule at the concession stand and you will need to check in and be signed off by a Board Member or the Snack Shack Coordinator.
- Perform and complete the task as directed by the Falcons staff.
